Terms of Sale and License

1. Seller

2. Scope
These terms apply to the purchase of an ERLİK Pro license from erlik.be (the "Pro license"). The free ERLİK core is not sold and is not covered by the payment terms below. How personal data is handled is described in the privacy policy.
3. What you buy and what the license grants
ERLİK is a native macOS menu-bar app. The core is free. Free and Pro are the same app: your Pro license key unlocks the Pro features, which on the website at the time of purchase are: the time split, tokens and cost while your agents worked; the agent waiting signal; agent time and waits over MCP; the clipboard HUD, translation and Pomodoro; real Claude and Codex usage limits with alerts; disk and RAM cleanup, reports, iCloud sync, backup and import.
The license is a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Pro features of ERLİK on your own Macs, for personal or professional use. You pay once; there is no subscription and no recurring fee. You may not publish or share the license key with others or resell it. The app reports how many Macs use a key, so that abuse can be detected (see the privacy policy). Features may evolve through updates; your statutory rights remain unaffected.
4. Price and payment
The price is €19.99, one time. No VAT is charged (Belgian small-business exemption, art. 56bis VAT Code). Payment is made through a payment link of Stripe, which processes your payment details; we never see your card. The contract is concluded when your payment is confirmed.
5. Delivery
The license key is delivered electronically, by e-mail to the address you gave at checkout, immediately after payment. You activate it from the ERLİK dashboard (key icon). If you do not receive the key, check your spam folder and contact us at halil@2run.be.
6. Right of withdrawal and digital content
As a consumer you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. For digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium this right does not apply once performance has begun, if you have given your prior express consent and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal (art. VI.53, 13° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, WER).
By having the license key delivered immediately, you expressly request immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. This notice is shown next to the buy button on erlik.be.
7. Refunds and support
If the key does not work, or Pro does not work as described, write to halil@2run.be and we will repair the problem or refund you where the law requires. Refunds are made to the payment method you used, through Stripe.
8. Legal guarantee
As a consumer you keep the mandatory statutory rights, including those for digital content that does not conform to the contract. Nothing in these terms limits them.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be excluded towards consumers by law. Subject to that, our liability is limited to foreseeable direct damage, and to the price you paid for the license. ERLİK is a measurement tool: the figures it shows (time, tokens, cost, usage limits) are indicative and should not be relied on for billing or compliance.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Belgian law. If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. Otherwise the courts of Antwerp, division Turnhout, have jurisdiction. You can send complaints to halil@2run.be first.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The terms in force on the day of your purchase apply to that purchase.
