Your focus and your agents' time,
measured apart.
ERLİK is a native menu-bar app for Mac. It separates the time you spend focused from the time you spend in AI coding tools and agents, and it stores everything in a local database on your Mac. No account.
By buying Pro you accept the Terms of sale. The license key is delivered immediately, so you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.

While your agents worked.
ERLİK reads the local session logs of Claude Code and Codex to find when your agents were actually working. Then it shows what you did in that time, and what the work cost in tokens.
While your agents worked
Agents were working for 3 h 10 m
- With the agent
- 1 h 12 m
- Other work
- 58 m
- Browser and chat
- 34 m
- Away
- 26 m
Illustration with example numbers.
Agent time is split into four parts: with the agent, other work, browser and chat, and away.
Real token counts per agent, with the API list-price equivalent. Subscriptions are billed differently, so this is a reference, not your bill.
Only timestamps, model names, project folder names and token counts are kept. Message content is never kept.
Prosince 3.5.23
Your agent is waiting for you.
When Claude Code or Codex finishes a turn and you're somewhere else, the menu bar shows a dot with the number of waiting agents. You stop losing minutes to a prompt nobody answered.
- The signal appears within about 2 seconds of the agent finishing.
- The menu lists each agent and project with how long it has been waiting.
- Click an entry to bring that agent's app to the front.
- It clears when you go back to the agent or send a new prompt.
- A macOS notification is available too. It is off by default.
- No extra processes run for it.

ProNew in 3.8
Every agent session, in one list.
Running Claude Code and Codex in several projects at once? ERLİK lists every session by project — working, waiting for you, needs permission or idle, and for how long — and shows how many agents worked at the same time today and how long they waited for you.
Live state per session
Terminal or desktop app, git branch and active subagents. Click a session to jump back to its app.
Today's lanes
One lane per project with working, waiting and permission stretches, plus the peak and average number of agents working at once.
Local, no content
Read from the Claude Code and Codex logs on your Mac. Only state and time are stored — no prompts, no file paths.
Pro, direct edition. Your agent can ask for it over MCP with erlik_agent_sessions.
ProNew in 3.6
After the break, and an honest test.
Three additions for working with agents all day: know when an agent needs your permission, see where you left off after a break, and check whether working with AI really helps you.
Needs your permission
When Claude Code waits for your approval to run a tool, the menu bar shows 🔐 with the agent, project and tool. ERLİK adds its Claude Code hook only after you approve the exact entries; your settings are backed up and your own hooks stay. The command is never stored.
Where you left off
Back from a break of five minutes or more? The top of the menu shows how long you were away, the apps you used before, which agents finished, are still working or need permission, and each project's branch, uncommitted files and last commit.
Personal A/B
Label half-days as AI-free and compare deep work, app switching, browser and chat time and your own 1–5 rating with your days with agents. You get medians with a confidence interval, and no result until each side has eight half-days.
Pro, direct edition. Also available to your agent over MCP.
Freesince 3.5.21
Ask your agent about your own focus.
ERLİK includes an MCP server. Claude Code and other MCP clients get read-only access to your focus data, so you can ask how your week went without leaving the terminal.
- “How much of this week was my own focus, and how much was in agents?”
- “How long did my agents wait for me today?”
- “What did I do while my agents were working this week?”
Add it to Claude Code
claude mcp add erlik -- "$HOME/Library/Application Support/ERLİK/app/current/erlik-app" --mcp
Other MCP clients run the same binary with --mcp.
